This Halloween,
Hope
Makes A Housecall.
4PM Sunday, October 30th at Hillside Community Center
Emmanuel presents a terrifying dramatic
presentation of the Gospel.
But
he was wounded for our transgressions, he
was bruised for our
iniquities: the
chastisement of our peace was upon him; and
with his stripes we are healed...
(Isa. 53:5) He was ambushed and arrested in the gloom of
night. Beaten and tortured before being
taken to Golgotha-- the Place Of The Skull.
And when He died, He descended into the very
pit of Hell. This is the truth of the Gospel
story. Of the sacrifice God made for each of
us, the new hope and new life that sacrifice
purchased, and the terrifying truth of the
price He paid. Are you willing to face the
truth?

The Jesus House is designed to be a Christian
Halloween alternative for our youth and
their families. It is a family event and
there is something for everybody! There will
be a dramatic interpretation of scripture in
rooms that depict the crucifixion as well as
the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. There
are carnival games for youth ages 12 and
below and in the sanctuary, you will find
some of the city's finest youth choirs,
singing ensembles, praise dancers and
ministers offering salvation to those who
desire to receive. There are also free
refreshments served throughout the evening.
This year’s
Jesus House will be on Sunday, Oct 30th at Hillside
Community Center. Volunteers are needed for theatrical
presentations, the children's carnival, set-up and tear-down.
Donations of food and candy are needed as well. Contact
